FAQ
Is Annual Sponsorship tied to one specific event?
No. An Annual Sponsor supports RVCEF’s work across the 2026–2027 school year. Recognition will appear at multiple RVCEF events during the year, and the partnership has greater impact.
Can we become a sponsor after the school year begins?
Yes. RVCEF can welcome Annual Sponsors throughout the school year. Recognition begins after we confirm the partnership and receive the required materials.
What does my sponsorship support?
Annual support helps RVCEF fund creative initiatives, innovative programs, grants, and other educational opportunities that enhance the Rockville Centre student experience.
How will our organization be recognized?
Recognition varies by level and may include the RVCEF website, annual Herald recognition, digital or social acknowledgment, and Annual Sponsor signage at RVCEF events held during the school year.
Can a family participate, or is this only for businesses?
Families and individuals can absolutely participate! We welcome businesses, organizations, families and individuals. Recognition will use the name you would like RVCEF to publish.
Can we discuss a customized sponsorship?
Yes. Prospective sponsors with questions about recognition, payment timing, or a larger annual commitment can contact RVCEF to discuss the best fit. Email melissa@rvcedfoundation.org with any questions.
