  • A student proposal to redesign the high school student paper
  • A school-wide project integrating environmental studies and action into various aspects of the curriculum
  • The innovative use of technology for teaching ESL students
  • Creation of a moot courtroom in the high school

The Foundation seeks proposals that enhance the excellence of the Rockville Centre School system. Proposals are evaluated according to the following criteria:

• Description and rationale behind the proposal (What the project is and why there is a need)
  • Potential impact across grade, department, school or community
  • Integration into the school program
  • Demonstration or articulation of long-term benefits

Coordination with the administration is essential and must be articulated in the grant application.

Please submit applications via e-mail to Richner5@aol.com. Be sure that the cover page of the proposal is filled out, signed by your principal and submitted in hard copy form to Christopher Pellettieri.
